• QA: TAFE & Uni offer rounds - Did you get yours?

    With 2009 at an end and 2010 trickling into January, educational placement offers are starting to pop up all around Australia. So the big question is, did you make it into the course you were after? Will you come out of your course with skills that can be applied to game development? Sound & video editing, coding, art, so on and so forth.

    Along side courses and other education, institutes like Universities also offer clubs for students to join. The above picture being a shot from Adelaide's EVAC - A video game club, where students can blow off some steam after lectures and exams.

      Not gaming related, but I got my TAFE information in the mail the other day. They offered me my second choice; Cert III in Disability. I still have the chance to try for my first choice (Cert IV in Youth Work) but from the looks i'm stuck with what they offered me.
